Omelettes might seem boring to some BUT… these ones are light, fluffy, and delicious, especially served with crisp salad on the side. NEVER underestimate a well made omelette.
And here’s all you need.
Heat up your skillet pan and turn the grill on high.
Separate the yolks from the whites. Whisk the whites until they are white and fluffy.
Add the herbs, salt and pepper to the yolks, mix well.
Fold the yolk mixture gently through the egg whites, then pour into the skillet.
While on the element, add your tomato and mushroom.
It’ll only need a minute or two on the heat before you can transfer it to the grill to finish cooking.
Another couple of minutes under the grill… remove, fold, and enjoy.
